How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions and free trials are handled directly by Apple. To manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select To The Moon. Cancelling stops future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We never see or store your payment details.
I paid but my subscription isn't showing. What do I do?
First, make sure you're signed in to the same account you purchased with, then reopen the app — your plan is verified automatically when the app launches. If it still doesn't appear, contact us at
tothemoonhabits@gmail.com with your username and we'll sort it out.
What's the difference between the plans?
Free includes the complete habit tracking system with up to 3 album photos. Comfort raises the album cap to 365 photos and unlocks vision board and milestone photos. Pro removes photo limits entirely. Current prices, trials, and billing periods are always shown in the app's subscription screen.
How do I delete my account?
From the Profile screen inside the app. Deletion is permanent and runs automatically: your habits, records, notes, photos, Journey, and settings are removed from our servers, and the account cannot be recovered — by you or by us. You can also request deletion by email from the address linked to your account.
My reminders aren't arriving.
Check two places: inside the app, make sure notifications are enabled in your settings; then in iOS Settings → Notifications → To The Moon, confirm notifications are allowed. If you use Focus modes or scheduled summaries, they can delay or silence reminders too.
How is my data handled?
Your habits, records, notes, photos, and Journey are private to your account — no other user is shown them anywhere in the app. The full details of what we collect and why are in our
Privacy Policy.
I found a bug or have a feature idea.
We want it. Email
tothemoonhabits@gmail.com — for bugs, tell us your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Every report gets read.
How do points work?
Every week you have 100 points in play: your Build list distributes 50 points across its habits, and your Break list distributes the other 50. Points are split by priority — higher-priority habits are worth more — and marking a habit done earns its points while missed loses them. A perfect week scores 100.
Why did the point values for my habits change?
Because the weekly budget is fixed. Each list always distributes exactly 50 points, so when you add, remove, or re-prioritize a habit, the budget redistributes and every habit's value adjusts. Two habits with the same priority are always worth the same per mark, no matter how many days each is scheduled.
What is the Goal of the Week?
One special habit you crown each week. It's worth 3× your most valuable regular habit, making it the single biggest swing in your week — completing it is a statement, missing it stings. Choose it deliberately.
What is rocket fuel?
Your momentum meter, from 0 to 3. Completing a habit adds fuel (up to 3), missing one drains it (down to 0). Your fuel level is reflected across the app — including your widgets and app icon — so one glance at your home screen tells you how the mission is going.
What happens when the week resets?
At the end of the week, your finished week is archived into your Record — totals, done and missed counts, and your fuel level are preserved as history. Then a fresh week begins with all your habits back to pending. Your Record is permanent; your week is a clean slate.
What happens to habits I never mark?
Don't leave days unresolved. The app reminds you when previous days still have unchecked habits, and warns you near the end of the week — unresolved scheduled habits can cost you their points when the week closes. Marking honestly, even marking missed, keeps your Record true.
Can I customize a habit after creating it?
Yes — tap a habit card to expand it. From there you can change its color, adjust its time and scheduled days, and write notes that stay attached to it. Your points history for the week stays intact while you customize.
